By combining aerobic cardiovascular training with energetic Latin music, Zumba offers a full body workout that combines the movements of various Latin American dances such as samba, mambo, and salsa as well as belly dance, hip hop, and martial arts. Together, these various fitness elements result in exciting, rhythmic exercise sequences that are super fun.
